Estimados Expositores, Sponsors, Medios, Entidades colegas, Personas acreditadas, Visitantes de la próxima edición de Avícola en conjunto con Porcinos 2016:
En virtud de los hechos de público de conocimiento relacionados a la clausura del Centro Costa Salguero, el comité ejecutivo de la Exposición Avícola en conjunto con Porcinos 2016 mantuvo una reunión junto a un grupo de expositores históricos de la feria. Dicha reunión se llevó a cabo hoy por la mañana en oficinas de CAPIA, Cámara Argentina de Productores Avícola.
En dicho encuentro se expuso la actual situación del Centro Costa Salguero, y la imposibilidad de contar con las instalaciones en la fecha prevista originalmente para los días 10 al 12 de Mayo del 2016.
Se mencionaron también todas las acciones que se llevaron a cabo para la evaluación de otros predios como así también fechas disponibles, teniendo en cuenta el actual plano comercial de Avícola en conjunto con porcinos 2016, como así también el calendario mundial de eventos del sector.
Luego de la misma se ha dispuestos lo siguiente:
1- Posponer la feria para la segunda quincena de Agosto de 2016 en predio a determinar. Las opciones expuestas fueron Centro Costa Salguero y La Rural, Predio Ferial de Palermo. El predio definitivo será informado la última semana de Mayo.
2- El comité ejecutivo en conjunto con las empresas presentes acordaron que, más allá de lo expresado en el punto 1, se aguarde hasta el próximo Lunes 2 de Mayo a las 12hs de Argentina, como fecha límite, aguardando el levantamiento de la clausura del predio. En el caso que esto suceda, procederemos a realizar la feria en la fecha originalmente estipulada sin cambio alguno.
3- El Seminario Internacional de Ciencias Avícolas se llevará a cabo en la Bolsa de Cereales para la fecha originalmente estipulada (10, 11 y 12 de Mayo). A su vez es importante aclarar que para la fecha del mes de Agosto se llevará a cabo un Seminario en concurrencia con la feria.
4- Para todos aquellos expositores que hayan realizado importaciones temporarias para la exposición, les vamos a solicitar nos envíen la información necesaria para gestionarles desde la organización una prórroga por 5 meses para evitarles inconvenientes futuros.
Queremos que sepan que desde la organización se está llevando a cabo todos los esfuerzos que están a nuestro alcance para que la feria se pueda realizar en las condiciones óptimas y sea un éxito como lo viene siendo en las ediciones precedentes.

Dear exhibitors, Sponsors, Media, Partner Entities, Registered Persons, and visitors of the upcoming edition of Avicola en conjunto con Porcinos 2016:
In virtue of recent events, of public knowledge, related to the closure of Cetro Costa Salguero. The executive comitee of the Fair Avicola en conjunto con Porcinos 2016 held a meeting with historic exhibitors of the fair. Said meeting took place in the morning of today at the offices of CAPIA, Camara Argentina de Productores Avicola.
In mentioned meeting the situation with Centro Costa Salguero was discussed as well as the impossibility of counting with the installations of the center on the dates originally set 10th till the 12th of May 2016.
Also all action taken in the evaluation of other venues where mentioned in the meeting as well as possible dates. Taking into account the actual up to date commercial plan of Avicola en conjunto con Porcinos 2016 and the events of the sector in the world calendar.
In conclusion to the meeting the following has been decided:
1- Push the fair date to the second half of August in a venue to confirm. The exposed options where Centro Costa Salguero and La Rural, Predio Ferial de Palermo. The final venue will be informed on the last week of May.
2- The executive committee in conjunction with the present companies reached the agreement that aside from what is expressed in the first point. That we wait till Monday 2nd of May at 12 Noon Argentina time, waiting on the closure of the venue to be lifted. In which case we would proceed to hold the fair in the originally set up date, with no changes made.
3- The International Seminar for Poultry Sciences will take place in the Bolsa de Cereales on the original date (10th, 11th, and 12th of May).
4- For all exhibitors who have made temporary import for the exhibition, we are going to request to send us the information needed to manage them from the Organization an extension for 5 months to avoid future problems.
We would like to let you all know that from the organization’s side we have put all our efforts and energies at hand so that the fair can be done in optimal conditions and that it be a success as it has been in previews editions.
